Organisers & Scope of Agreement

The International Real Estate Congress (IREC) & Luxury Property Expo 2026 is organised under the auspices of the National Association of Realtors - India (NAR-India) and the Hyderabad Realtors Association (HRA), along with partner real estate bodies (collectively, the "Organisers").

Event Venue: HITEX Exhibition Centre, Trade Fair Office Building, Izzat Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500084, India.

By completing the registration form on irecexpo.com, accepting an invitation, or entering the Expo premises, you ("Attendee", "Visitor", or "Channel Partner") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Priority Registration, OTP Verification & Pass Issuance

2.1 Eligibility: Registration is curated for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-HNIs, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), family offices, institutional investors, and certified Real Estate Channel Partners seeking premium residential and commercial acquisitions.

2.2 Mobile OTP Authentication: To guarantee visitor security and protect attendee confidentiality, registration requires mobile verification via One-Time Password (OTP) dispatched through authenticated WhatsApp / SMS telecom gateways (MSG91 / Meta WhatsApp Business API). Registrations submitted with unverified or falsified contact details will be automatically voided.

2.3 Digital VIP Access Passes: Each confirmed registrant receives an individual, tamper-evident digital VIP Pass featuring a unique alphanumeric registration serial code (e.g. IRECEXPO-XXX) and an encrypted QR code.

2.4 Non-Transferability: VIP Passes are non-transferable and personal to the registered attendee. Passes cannot be resold, transferred, or exchanged for commercial consideration. The Organisers reserve the right to verify photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, or PAN Card) matching the registration credential at the HITEX turnstiles.

RERA Compliance, Non-Brokerage & Platform Status

3.1 Exhibition Forum Only: The Organisers provide an international exhibition, conference, and networking forum to showcase architectural excellence. The Organisers are neither real estate agents, brokers of record, nor promoters under Section 2(zm) or Section 9 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 for the exhibited projects.

3.2 Developer Representations: Participating builders, promoters, and developers are solely responsible for ensuring that all promotional collateral, booth displays, brochures, and announcements comply strictly with Section 11, Section 12, and Section 14 of the RERA Act 2016. Every exhibited project must visibly display its TS RERA / State RERA Registration Number.

3.3 Independent Due Diligence: All property transactions, bookings, allotment applications, or agreements of sale are strictly bilateral contracts executed directly between the buyer and the respective developer. Attendees must independently verify project approvals, title deeds, encumbrances, sanctioned layout drawings, and bank escrow accounts before remitting any advance or earnest money.

Project Specifications, Indicative Pricing & Renderings

4.1 Artistic Impressions: All 3D architectural renders, walkthrough videos, floor layouts, mock-up photographs, and scale models displayed at the Expo or featured in the official Luxury Lookbook represent artistic concepts and impressions. Actual construction, fixtures, fittings, and handover finishes are governed solely by the registered Agreement for Sale executed with the respective developer.

4.2 Pricing Disclaimers: Base Selling Prices (BSP), floor rise increments, preferential location charges (PLC), clubhouse memberships, GST, stamp duty, registration charges, and maintenance deposits displayed at developer pavilions are indicative guidelines and remain subject to change at the developer's sole discretion without prior notification.

Channel Partner (CP) Code of Conduct & Commissions

5.1 RERA Agent Certification: All channel partners, real estate advisors, and brokerages attending or representing clients at IREC 2026 must hold active RERA agent registration in accordance with Section 9 of RERA 2016.

5.2 Bilateral Commercial Agreements: Commission structures, client tagging protocols, brokerage slabs, and payout schedules are established strictly between the exhibiting developer and the channel partner. The Organisers accept zero responsibility, liability, or mediation role regarding commission disputes or client registration overlaps.

Venue Protocol, Security & Right of Admission

6.1 Right of Admission: The Organisers and HITEX venue security reserve the right of admission. Any individual engaging in disruptive behaviour, unauthorized soliciting, non-permitted commercial distribution, or safety violations will be escorted off the premises and their credentials permanently revoked.

6.2 Photography & Media: Official photographers and accredited media will document the exhibition, masterclasses, and award ceremonies. Attendance at IREC 2026 constitutes consent for your likeness to be included in non-commercial event highlight videos, press releases, and retrospective catalogs.

Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

7.1 No Warranty: The Organisers make no express or implied warranty regarding property appreciation, rental yields, developer delivery timelines, or construction progress of any exhibited project.

7.2 Force Majeure: The Organisers shall not be deemed in default or liable for delays, format alterations, or rescheduling caused by Acts of God, statutory orders, civil unrest, natural calamities, severe weather events, or venue unavailability. In such instances, the Organisers will reschedule the event and communicate revised dates.

Governing Law & Judicial Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, visitor registration, or participation at IREC 2026 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
