Before you attend
When and where is IREC 2026?
The seventh edition runs 25–27 September 2026 in Hyderabad, at Expo Arena, Hall 1 & Hall 3. It is the first time India hosts the platform.
Who can attend?
Buyers, investors and real estate professionals. Entry is by pre-registration or on-site registration.
Is there an entry fee?
No. Registration is complimentary; priority access holders skip the queue and get first preview of launch inventory.
Which markets are represented?
Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Goa and select global markets.
Can I meet developers directly?
Yes. Every exhibiting project is represented by the developer's own team, not a channel partner.
How do I exhibit?
